Terms of service
Last updated 29 July 2026
Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody. Using this service means you agree to what's below.
Who you're contracting with
ZincirX Information Technology and Advisory Inc., trading as VAI Company, Teknopark Izmir, 35400 Urla, Izmir, Turkey (“we”, “us”). Contact: agents@vaicompany.com.
What you get
You buy a licence covering one project. For that project we produce:
- A working website, deployed to a URL on this domain that you can share.
- The complete source code, downloadable as an archive.
- A written record of what each specialist decided while building it.
- The ability to message any of the seven specialists during the build and have the work adjust.
The build normally takes minutes. It waits on you at the design approval step, so how long the whole thing takes depends mostly on how quickly you reply.
What you own
You own the output. The code, copy, images and design we generate for your project are yours to use, modify, host and sell, commercially or otherwise. We claim no ongoing licence over them and charge nothing to keep them running once they're on your own hosting.
We keep ownership of the studio itself — this website, the agents, the pipeline and everything that produces your project.
Generated sites load some styling and icon libraries from public CDNs. Those remain under their own open-source licences, which permit commercial use.
What we host, and for how long
We host your generated site on this domain as a convenience so you have something to share immediately. We don't guarantee that URL forever — treat it as a preview, download your source, and put anything you depend on onto hosting you control. We'll give reasonable notice before removing anything.
What we don't promise
The work is produced by AI models. It is reviewed automatically before you see it, but it is not reviewed by a human engineer unless you ask us to look at something.
- We don't promise the result is free of defects, nor that it fits a purpose we weren't told about.
- We don't promise uptime for the preview URL we host.
- We don't provide legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice through generated content, and you shouldn't rely on it as such.
- You are responsible for checking that what we build is lawful and accurate for your use — particularly any claim, price or policy text on your site.
What you agree not to do
- Ask us to build anything unlawful, or anything designed to deceive, defraud, harass or impersonate.
- Use the service to produce malware, phishing pages or spam infrastructure.
- Submit content you don't have the rights to, or anyone's personal data without a lawful basis.
- Attempt to break, overload or circumvent the limits on the service, or resell access to it.
We can suspend or terminate an account that does any of these, without refund.
Payment
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as merchant of record. They take the payment, handle sales tax and VAT, and issue your receipt and licence key. Your card details never reach our servers.
A licence covers one project build. Revisions during that build are included; there is no hourly billing. See our refund policy.
Limits on liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited by law.
Otherwise: our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we aren't liable for lost profits, lost data or other indirect losses. The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows.
If you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by any of this.
Ending it
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account — see the privacy policy. We can terminate for a breach of these terms. Anything you already own stays yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections of your local law either way.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to account holders. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
