AI website builder: describe it, get a live site
Most AI website builders hand you a template and an editor, and the rest is up to you. VAI Company works the other way round: you describe the site in a short brief, a team of AI specialists designs and builds it while you watch, and you get a live link plus the full source code. A website is $49, paid once, and you see a free mockup before you pay anything.
How it works
Write a brief
Sign in with Google, then give the project a name and say what it does, who it's for and a few must-have features. Choose how much you want: Lean, Standard or Thorough. It takes a few minutes.
Pick a look
Choose a visual style, a layout and colours, so the design starts from your taste rather than a guess.
Get a quote and a free preview
You see the scope, the milestones and a fixed price straight away, and you can ask for a free mockup of the direction. No card needed.
Watch it get built
Pay by card through Stripe and the specialists start: design, code, tests and deploy, live in your studio dashboard. You can message any of them while they work.
When it's done you get a link you can send to anyone, with 30 days of hosting included, and the complete source code as a download.
What you get
- A working, multi-section website written in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so any web host or developer can work with it later.
- Illustrations made for your project. The designer generates a small set of images (a hero and section art) to match your brand and colours.
- Checked in a real browser at phone, tablet and desktop widths. A QA agent reviews the screenshots and the engineer fixes what it finds.
- A live URL with 30 days of hosting included. After that you can keep it online for $9 a month or $79 a year, which also lets you use your own domain.
- The full source code as a download, plus a written record of what each specialist decided and why.
- 3 revision rounds to change what you don't like; more rounds are $9 each.
What it costs
One fixed price per project, paid once. There is no monthly fee for the build itself; the only recurring cost is hosting after the included days, and you can skip it by hosting the code yourself.
| Build | Price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Website | $49 | Landing page, business site, portfolio |
| AI product | $79 | Website and front end for an AI product |
| API | $49 | A site that explains your API and how to use it |
| Mobile app | $99 | Expo source code and a live preview on your phone |
The pricing page covers revisions, hosting and refunds in detail.
VAI Company vs DIY builders like Wix and Squarespace
DIY builders are good products, and for some people the better choice. The difference is who does the work and what you own at the end.
| VAI Company | DIY builders (Wix, Squarespace, …) | |
|---|---|---|
| Who designs and builds it | AI specialists, from your brief | You, starting from a template |
| Changing it later | Revision rounds, or edit the code yourself or with a developer | Drag and drop in their editor, any time |
| What you pay | One build price; hosting optional after the included days | A plan for as long as the site is online |
| The code | Yours to download and host anywhere | Stays on their platform |
| Shops, bookings, blogs | Only what your brief scopes | Built-in apps and add-ons |
Pick a DIY builder if you want to edit text and photos yourself every week, or you need an online shop, a booking calendar or a blog editor out of the box. We don't have a visual editor.
Pick VAI Company if you'd rather not design it yourself, want a finished site in one sitting, and want to own the code outright. If you later outgrow it, the source you download is a normal website a developer can extend.
What it isn't good at
The studio is at its best on new sites: landing pages, small-business sites, portfolios and product pages. It is not the right tool for deep third-party integrations, regulated data such as medical records, or work inside an existing codebase. If your brief is out of range, you'll be told before you pay.
The brief doesn't take photo uploads, so the site ships with generated illustrations; you can swap your own photos into the source. For brief ideas, see the small-business examples or what a brief turns into.
Questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe the site in plain English. The code only matters if you later want to change the site yourself or host it elsewhere, and it's ordinary HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
How long does it take?
The build itself runs in minutes, not weeks. The clock stops while you look at the design and approve it, so the total time mostly depends on how quickly you reply.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. A hosting subscription ($9 a month or $79 a year per site) lets you connect a domain you already own, and the SSL certificate is set up for you. Without one, your site lives on a vaicompany.com address for the 30 days of hosting included with the build.
Is the free preview really free?
Yes. Sign in with Google, write your brief, and the studio sketches a mockup of the direction in about 20 seconds. No card is needed. Each account gets 3 free previews, up to 1 a day.
What if I don't like the result?
You approve the design before the full build, and every build includes 3 revision rounds (extra rounds are $9 each). If the site doesn't match what you briefed and the team can't fix it, the refund policy covers you.
