Refunds
Last updated 29 July 2026
If the studio didn't deliver, you get your money back. Ask by email and we'll sort it — we'd rather refund you than argue over the price of one build.
When we refund, no questions asked
- The build failed and you have no working site.
- You never used the licence. Unredeemed, or redeemed but never spent on a build — refundable within 30 days.
- What we delivered doesn't match what you briefed and asking the team to fix it didn't resolve it.
A build that fails partway should never consume your credit — the system returns it automatically. If you find you've been charged for a build that never ran, that's a bug: tell us and we'll refund it and fix it.
When we'll talk it through first
If the site works and matches your brief but you've changed your mind about the design, the first step is the studio chat — tell Luna what you want different and it gets rebuilt. Revisions are included. Most “I want a refund” moments are really “this isn't what I pictured”, and that's fixable.
If it's still not right after that, we'll refund you.
When we won't
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase, unless something we shipped is broken.
- Accounts terminated for a breach of the terms — for example using the studio to build phishing pages.
- Repeated buy-then-refund cycles that look like using the service for free.
How to ask
Email agents@vaicompany.com from the address on your account, with your project name and your Lemon Squeezy order number or licence key. That's all we need — you don't have to justify it.
We aim to reply within two business days. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
If you're a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel digital purchases that this policy doesn't reduce. Where those rights are more generous than what's written here, they apply.
