AI app builder: from a brief to an app on your phone
Write a short brief and the studio builds a cross-platform mobile app with React Native and Expo. You get the source code and a live preview you open on your own phone. A mobile app build is $99, paid once. To be clear from the start: publishing to the App Store or Google Play isn't included.
What you get
- Expo source code. A React Native project in TypeScript that runs on iOS and Android: the app's screens and logic plus the standard Expo configuration, ready for any React Native developer to open.
- A live preview on your phone. Install the free Expo Go app, scan the QR code in your dashboard, and your app opens on your phone.
- A web preview in your dashboard, so you can click through it on a computer too.
- 3 revision rounds. Tell the team what to change in the chat and they rebuild it.
- The full source as a download, plus a written record of what each specialist decided.
How it works
Brief
Pick “Mobile app”, then say what the app does, who it's for and the must-have features. A daily habit tracker, a class timetable, a field checklist: the clearer the core task, the better the first version.
Style and quote
Choose a look and colours. The quote shows the scope, milestones and price, and you can ask for a free mockup before you pay.
Build
After payment the specialists design and write the app while you watch, and you can message any of them as they work.
Scan and try it
Scan the QR code with Expo Go and use the app on your phone. Ask for changes, then download the source.
What isn't included, and how to get it
App Store and Google Play submission. Publishing needs an Apple Developer Program membership and a Google Play developer account, both in your name. Expo's build and submit services can turn the source into store builds and upload them, or a developer can do it for you. Store review is up to Apple and Google.
A backend and saved data. The build is the app itself, and the first version keeps its data while the app is open. Saving data permanently, sign-in, payments, push notifications or data shared between users are next steps a developer can add to the source.
A permanent preview. The live preview is for trying the app, not for distributing it: it runs from a development server, not from the stores. The source code is the part you keep.
Is this the right app builder for you?
No-code app builders let you assemble screens yourself in a visual editor, and many run the backend for you. They suit you if you'll change the app often and don't want to touch code.
VAI Company suits you if you want a first version written for you, quickly, in standard Expo code that you own and any React Native developer can extend. It's a good way to test an idea on real phones before you spend more on it.

Questions
Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes. The app is built with React Native and Expo, one codebase that runs on both. You can preview it on either kind of phone with the free Expo Go app.
Will you publish my app to the App Store or Google Play?
No. Store submission isn't included. Publishing needs your own Apple and Google developer accounts, and the store listing is in your name. Expo's build and submit tools, or any React Native developer, can take the source code we deliver through that process.
Do I need a Mac?
Not to try the app: the preview runs in Expo Go on your phone. For store builds, Expo's cloud build service can produce the iOS build, so a Mac isn't strictly required for that either.
Can a developer keep working on it?
Yes. It's a standard Expo project in TypeScript. A developer can download it, run it with the usual Expo commands and keep building, with no licence from us needed.
What does it cost?
A mobile app build is $99, paid once, including 3 revision rounds; extra rounds are $9 each. You can get a free mockup preview before you pay.
