What to include

| Something's broken, or a build failed | Include your project name. We can look up what happened server-side. |
| Refund request | Project name plus your order number or licence key. See the refund policy. |
| Data access or deletion | Email from your account address. See the privacy policy. |
| Security vulnerability | Put SECURITY in the subject. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it; we won't pursue anyone reporting in good faith. |
| Billing or invoice questions | Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record and issues receipts — but ask us first, we'll chase them if needed. |
Talking to the studio itself
For anything about a project that's currently being built, you'll usually get a faster and better answer from the team than from us. Each of the seven specialists has their own chat channel in the studio and they know your project — ask Milo what's in scope, Luna for a different look, Celine what she tested.
